Renewing our way of thinking is not just for our own mental health, but can affect the health of our whole body. Even the most awful days can be less awful if we change our perspective about things. In fact, I believe that some discomfort in life actually builds us into the person we are meant to be.
We may think that some people are annoying because we are letting them get on our nerves, but they can actually help us grow in areas of our life.
It’s also healthy for us to be able to forgive ourselves. When the annoying little things in our lives become another opportunity for growth, they’re a lot less stressful.
I find it important to just lay my burdens down, and I’m finally learning to do just that, to be happy just being me.
Nature also provides us with amazing gifts to help us feel relaxed and content. The amino acid L Theonine is one of those gifts. A derivative of the nutritive green tea plant, it supports the neurotransmitters that assist in relaxation and contentment.
Another gift is Ashwaghanda. This root is cherished in India for its many healing benefits. It helps you become a calmer and more collected version of yourself.
I have found both of these products work very quickly in me, and I am thankful that we have been given these tools to help calm us down and be ourselves again.
Until next time, be well.
