~ Solfeggio frequencies, what they are and how to use them ~

Energy is everything and all energy consists of vibrations. Those vibrations have their own frequencies, and some of those frequencies are called solfeggio. When we can employ these specific frequencies as a healing modality, we can easily achieve a deeper sense of healing and balance in our lives; solfeggio frequencies are aligned with the deeper rhythms and tones that form the very basis of the Universe, thus we become aligned with the higher purpose of all existence.
Solfeggio frequencies are said to be the original frequencies in tune with the cosmos and used by Gregorian Monks when they sang their chants. These chants were based on the original six notes that penetrate most deeply into the subconscious and conscious mind. However, with the eventual introduction of new tuning methods, these original frequencies were said to have been “lost” over the centuries.
Our modern way of creating a musical scale creates and manifests physical symptoms that can show up as dis-ease, as often these scales are dissonant, disharmonious, and out of sync. Solfeggio music lets music become a tool that can raise human nature and connect us to source.
The Solfeggio frequency scale is as follows:
174 Hz – The lowest of the tones, it appears to be a natural anesthetic, removing pain physically and energetically, as well as correcting karma. This frequency give our organs a sense of safety, security, and love, motivating one to do our best.
285 Hz – This tone is useful when treating physical damage to tissue, wounds, cuts, and burns. It is said to be connected to our body’s mind and soul blueprint for optimal health and physical well-being, returning cells to their original form. It does this by influencing the energy field, sending messages about remembering and healing oneself on all levels of being.
396 Hz – Cleansing away feelings of guilt, this tone enables the achievement of goals in the most direct way, releasing us from feelings of guilt and fear by bringing down defensive mechanisms. It is used as a means of grounding, awakening sobering, and returning us to reality.
417 Hz – This tone is related to the process of amplification. It helps us return to the “right path”. This solfeggio frequency cleanses traumatic experience away from consciousness and clears destructive influences of past events. It can be used for clearing what appear as limiting impressions which can disable a person’s ability to achieve life goals. This frequency energized the body’s cells and helps them to process their maximum creative potential.
528 Hz – This frequency is called the miracle tone. It is used to return human DNA to it original perfect state. This increases the amount of life force (chi or prana), clarity of mind, awareness, awakened and activated creativity. It fosters states of consciousness as in deep inner peace, ecstatic dance, and celebration. It opens a person to deep spiritual experiences and enlightenment, making joy available.
639 Hz – This frequency helps in the creation of harmonious community and interpersonal relationships. It can be used for dealing with relationship problems in family, partners, friends, or social situations. This frequency can enhance communication, understanding, tolerance and love. It is also used to assist communication with parallel worlds and spiritual spheres.
741 Hz – This frequency assists to clear toxins from the body’s cells. It leads to a healthier, simpler life and helps to make changes in diet for cleaner foods free of various toxins. It clears the cells of the various forms of electromagnetic radiations (EMFs) and is known to cleanse viral, bacterial, and fungal infections. Ultimately, it leads to a more pure and stable form of spiritual connection through the body’s wellness.
852 Hz – Directly connected to the third eye chakra (pineal gland), this tone can be used for awakening inner strength and self-realization. It dissolves stagnate mental energy from over-thinking and excessive mental activity. It can clear energy blockages that hinder connection and strong communication with our higher self.
963 Hz – Awakening any body system to its original perfect state, this tone assigned to the crown chakra and is referred to as “the God frequency”. It is connected with the light and all encompassing Spirit, enabling direct experience and the return to the Oneness of being. It reconnects our true nature via the pineal gland, with higher Spirit.
These musical frequencies are easy to locate and employ. YouTube has many in the various tones and durations of length. I often put them on in the background of what I’m doing, thus enhancing the environment with healing vibrations; a deep sense of peace and calm, free of dissonant disruptive energies that I find easily upsetting, especially during times of needing deeper healing. Certainly I use them with clients during healing sessions, often overlaying several at one time, as clients drift into light trance states, the healing becomes exponential, and that is exciting to observe.
