To you: Who function at any hour – every time – for the well-being and support of residents in our beautiful town of Boulder Creek and beyond.(Robin) While we sometimes feel vulnerable, we look for and find strength in our neighbors, friends, and community. Because we are a small town, it is so important that we support those who are here – who show up when we need them the most. We are fortunate to live in such a wondrous area among strong and vibrant people (and majestic trees). We are immersed in nature – that requires us to be diligent, and pay attention at all times. (Sheri) Thank you for taking care of yourselves, so that you can take care of us. Thank you for all of your training to be ready, uncomfortable, sleep-deprived. For being the ones to handle the worst accidents, mistakes, and blunders on a consistent basis. Your bravery is paramount to our safety, and for that we are very grateful.(Robin) You help us travel safely on treacherous roads. You rush to our homes in emergency. And sometimes you turn us around because the long road home is safer when crisis is at hand. Thank you, Inez, for coordinating this event to thank our Fire Department. (All) Thank you Boulder Creek Fire Department for everything!www.facebook.com/Boulder-CreekFireDepartment
