San Lorenzo Valley Museum, Boulder Creek, United States – Google Arts & Culture
Google’s Arts & Culture site and app are a great way to explore museums and galleries remotely, and the San Lorenzo Valley Museum is proud to announce the launch of their site on the Google Arts & Culture platform.
One hundred and fifty artifacts from the Museum’s collection that are rarely on exhibition have been digitized to make them accessible to audiences globally. Along with Museo Eduardo Carrillo, the Museum becomes just the second cultural institution in Santa Cruz County to curate virtual exhibitions on the Google Arts & Culture platform with the launch of “Lily the Cat Lady” featuring art and artifacts from the collection depicting Lily Christian, Boulder Creek’s beloved cat lady.
