The business associations of our mountain communities keep things running. There are many projects they oversee as well as implement. Projects such as lighting the towns, community events such as Town Sweep and the lighting of the Christmas Trees, and the 4th of July Parade.
In Boulder Creek we say goodbye and thank you to past board members and welcome new ones. The President of the Boulder Creek Business Association (BCBA) remains to be Justin Acton of the Boulder Creek Pizza and Pub. His dedication and devotion to Boulder Creek is completely inspiring.
The office of the Vice President will be held by Tamara O’Kelly, owner and operator of the Historic Hatman Inn. She has worked tirelessly to keep the town of Boulder Creek beautiful. We have the beautiful street lights and more recently the matching trash receptacles to thank her for.
Our secretary will be Kelly Pruden of the Boulder Creek Park and Rec Department, Treasurer will be Karen Edwards of Liberty Bank. And the members at large are as follows. Robin Imholte of Messy Play Kits, Jen Pagett of Aum Herbs, Anita Stoddart of H2O at Home, Spring Loftus of Springy Girl, Morgan Scarborough of Scarborough Lumber, and Jennifer Bixby of The Hive.
